Founders

  • Kelli Harding

    Kelli Harding, MD, MPH, is an expert in mental health, medicine, and public health. She teaches at Columbia University in New York City and authored the acclaimed book The Rabbit Effect: Live Longer, Happier, and Healthier with the Groundbreaking Science of Kindness. She’s appeared on Today, Good Morning America, BBC, and other media. Dr. Harding has spoken at the United Nations and World Happiness Summits. She lives in NYC with her husband, three sons, and rescue dog, Athena.

  • Lindsay Barnett

    Lindsay Barnett is an executive coach and Human Resources consultant with over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and growing startups. In addition to holding leadership roles in the HR function, she also was a Professor of Organizational Culture at USC.  Creative and pragmatic, Lindsay partners with organizations, teams, and individuals to develop effective solutions that unlock potential and drive positive impact. Throughout her career, she has navigated the twists and turns of work and life, seeking greater flexibility and purpose while overcoming burnout along the way. Lindsay lives with her husband, two kids and a very big dog in the Los Angeles area.

  • Marisa Plowden

    Marisa Plowden, a globe-trotting U.S. diplomat with experience in Europe, Latin America, and east Asia, now works at an overseas development bank in London, where she lives with her husband and two lovely daughters.

Our Kind of Club co-founders met for a retreat with executive coach and phenomenal human being Peter Gandolfo to further our mission of creating a kinder and healthier world for all.
